One2team offers two families of services around its Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
Consulting
The consulting team is responsible for the Agile deployment projects of One2team.
This includes:
- Diagnosis and analysis of client project and program management needs and (if existing) practices
- Definition of target project and program management practices (governance rules, steering concepts, roles and responsibilities, processes… )
- Project design (functional and technical design, roll out strategy)
- Solution configuration (tuning One2team to the specific client context as defined in the project design)
- Preparation of opening of service (legacy data import, user administration, client administration training…)
- Change management (mobilization, communication and training)
- Client coaching (supporting clients ahead of a One2team deployment for structuring and defining their project/program/portfolio practices, and beyond a product deployment)
Technical services
The technical services provide all the support for the infrastructure and operation of the one2team solution for our clients.
This includes:
- Hosting and data centers (administration, performance monitoring, back ups, SLA)
- Network, server and data security (encryption, vault process… )
- Maintenance and upgrades
- Help desk and technical support
